The place is a complete joke. They like to fire some of their stylists and managers without a just cause. The trashier you are it seems like you have better chance for a permanent position. I seen it with my own eyes. Our particular store was without a manager for over two months, and both me and the only other full timer were expected to pick up the extra slack without any compensantion or experience. Needless to say we were VERY understaffed and some days only had one stylist on a 6+ hour shift alone without any break! Finally when we realized we were in over our heads we mentioned something to corporate and their response was "sometimes somebody has to step up." Then wa la a couple days later we had a new unexperienced manager who had only had her license for two years... all though she was very friendly. I thought maybe they would want someone with a little more experience to guide the store back to some stability. I think they have failed to see that you get back what you put into your business. I hope they stop taking great employees for granted.
